Runner-Up Prize – (Restaurant Experience): There are 24 dining experience packages available consisting of:
- One dining experience to the value of €300 at a chosen restaurant within Ireland. Restaurants are subject to availability and a list to choose from will be provided based on the runner-up’s chosen location in Ireland.

General
- 1 (one) Main Prize winner (the winner of the New York Trip), 24 (twenty-four) Runner-Up Prize winners (the winners of the Restaurant Experience) and a reserve list will be drawn at random from all valid competition entries received.
- There is one pool for the Main Prize (all members from all Credit Unions that qualify for the Main Prize will be entered into this pool) and 24 pools for the Runner-Up Prizes (all members from each Credit Union that qualify for the Runner-Up Prizes will be entered into the relevant Credit Union pool).
- The winner’s Credit Union will be notified of the winner and the prize by the Promoter.

Terms and Conditions for Main Prize Winner (New York Trip)

- In order to be eligible for this competition you must both:
- i. Open a MYCU Current Account and MYCU Debit Mastercard at your local Credit Union; and
- ii.Complete at least one (1) transaction using your MYCU Debit Mastercard between 01/10/2022 and 31/12/2022.
- The winner consents to their personal data being used and shared for the purposes of this competition.
- The Promoter will use your personal data to select and confirm the competition winners and will share the winner’s personal data with their Credit Union and applicable third parties for the fulfilment of the applicable prize. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
- All credit union officials and any staff members of agencies connected to this competition, i.e. CUSOP, Mastercard, Big Group, HAVAS Media are ineligible to participate in this competition.
- If you meet the competition eligibility criteria, you are automatically entered into the competition.
- The Main Prize draw will take place during the week commencing 9 January 2023 with the winner informed by 27 January 2023.
- The winner will be notified by their Credit Union that they have won the Main Prize by telephone and/or in writing, by email.
- The Promoter deems the notification to be received one business day after communicating the prize winner to the Credit Union.
- The winner will have 5 business days from receipt of the winning notification to accept the Main Prize. Acceptance of the Main Prize must be provided by the Main Prize winner in writing. If the winner does not accept the Main Prize, they must communicate this decision, in writing, to the Credit Union within 5 business days. If the Main Prize is rejected, or the Main Prize winner fails to respond to their Credit Union within 5 business days, the Main Prize will then be offered to entrants in the order in which they were drawn. If the winner accepts the Main Prize, they will be the winner for the purpose of the remaining Terms and Conditions.
- By accepting the Main Prize, the winner agrees to their personal data being shared with the Promotor, MasterCard and Mastercard’s fulfilment agency, Big Group Limited, for the purposes of fulfilment of the Main Prize.
- A Main Prize winner that indicates that they do not wish to accept the Main Prize within the stated period will be offered a Runner-Up Prize. A Runner-Up will then be offered an upgrade in the order they were drawn. The remaining Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded to entrants in the order they were drawn, who will be notified by their Credit Union.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to declare the draw void if it considers it unreasonable that the draw should proceed, whether due to an administrative error or otherwise.
- The Main Prize winner must be aged 18 or over, however guests can be of any age.
- Flights, accommodation, and experiences are subject to availability.
- Compliance with all COVID-19 requirements, including any tests for COVID-19 and abiding by the rules in force for the destination is the responsibility of the winner. The Promotor is not responsible for any costs incurred for compliance with or failure to comply with any COVID-19 requirements.
- The Main Prize winner and their guests are responsible for and must comply with any travel insurance / health advice / regulations / inoculations required by the destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the Main Prize winner and their party (where applicable).
- The Main Prize is valid until 31 December 2023. The Main Prize may be redeemed at any time, excluding Christmas, Easter, and all Irish Bank Holidays.
- A pre-approved budget will be set and communicated to the Main Prize winner for all experiences. Any overspend is the responsibility of the Main Prize winner.
- The Main Prize package is personal to the Main Prize winner and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the Main Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void all Main Prize elements in the event that this term is not complied with.
- The Main Prize winner and their nominated guests must have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity remaining after return) and must satisfy any visa requirements that may apply. Passports and visas are the responsibility of and at the cost of the Main Prize winner. The Promoter will not be held responsible if the Main Prize winner or nominated guests fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
- The Main Prize winner must provide their choice of dates at least 6 (six) weeks prior to their travel dates. Details on how to book all elements of the Main Prize will be communicated to the Main Prize winner once the prize has been accepted.
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for accommodation or transport being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Big Group Limited will endeavor to find a suitable alternative.
- All travel, accommodation and other services provided to the Main Prize winner and their guests will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. The Promoter will not have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation and/or other services must be taken up with such provider.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of any element of the Main Prize.
- All travel must be completed within the timeframe stated in these Terms and Conditions. Extensions will not be permitted unless authorised by the Promoter
- Any amendments requested or made by the Main Prize Winner after booking is confirmed must be agreed by Big Group Limited. Any amendments may be subject to administration charges levied by Big Group Limited. The Promoter is not responsible for any charges incurred to the Main Prize winner under these circumstances.
- The Promoter may at its absolute discretion dispose of the Main Prize without liability to the winner.
