To report your MYCU Debit Mastercard® lost or stolen call the MYCU Card Services team. The team are available 24/7 for card and fraud support.

If your card is lost, or has been stolen, please report it immediately by calling MYCU Card Services:

Unrecognised transactions
If you do not recognise a transaction, please report it immediately by calling to MYCU Card Services:

The following tips might help you recognise a transaction:
- Might you have given your card and credentials to someone else?
- Some merchants use unusual names for their statement entries. Please check this Unusual Merchant Names list.
If you wish to dispute a transaction:
- Please try and resolve this directly with the merchant first, and retain evidence of contact and correspondence (this will help later)
- Contact your credit union who will assist you through the process.
- If you have been unable to resolve matters directly with the merchant, you will be asked to complete and sign the MYCU Transaction Dispute Form (Click here to download)
Once you complete the MYCU Transaction Dispute Form please return it to your Credit Union.
